Why can’t I update or edit my listing details?

If you are having problems saving changes to the “Title & Description” of your listing, there could be a number of reasons why. Certain required fields must be provided in order to save new information to your listing. Please check the following points below then try saving again:

  • Check that you have entered the floor number, number of beds, etc.
  • Check that the title and description boxes have been filled in.
  • Check that you have not exceeded the maximum amount of characters allowed.
  • Check that your character count is not too short.

If a required field has not been completed, a message will appear at the top of the webpage or the section will be marked by a red box. Once you have completed all the required fields, you will be able to save your updated description.
