If you have a problem logging in to the Wimdu Host App, please try the below solutions:
- Check you entered your email address and password correctly.
- Check your internet connection. If you have a poor internet connection, the app might not be able to verify your details and allow you to log in. Once you are logged in, you should stay logged in, even with no internet connection.
- Check you are registered on Wimdu with the email address you are using to log in. You can check which email address you have used to register by going to your User Account via our website and clicking on ‘Profile settings’.
- Check that you have created a listing on Wimdu: Only Wimdu Hosts will be able to sign in the Wimdu Host App. Your listing does not need to be published or bookable, just created.
