Why can’t I enter my address?

If you cannot enter the address of your property, please contact our Customer Support Team with the latitude and longitude codes for your property, and a member of staff will enter the address for you.

The latitude and longitude can be found by going to http://mygeoposition.com/. Type your address into the search field and click on ‘Calculate Geodata’ or alternatively press ‘Enter’ on your keyboard. A box will appear on your screen with the correct latitude and longitude codes.
