How can I delete my account?

If you would like to delete your Wimdu Host User Account, please contact our Customer Support Team. A member of our team can delete the account for you. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your account has been deleted.

However, if you wish to suspend your listing temporarily, you can set it as “Not bookable”. Your property will be hidden from the search results and you won’t receive any booking requests. To do this, go to the Dashboard of your Wimdu User Account and click on "My Listings". On the right-hand side of the property picture, you have the option to select “Bookable” or “Not bookable”.
