Can I request an invoice for my booking?

Yes, you can request an invoice for your booking. You can do so by:

  • Going to the 'Dashboard' of your User Account and clicking on the ‘My Trips’ section
  • Select the trip for which you would like to request an invoice for
  • Click ‘Booking details’
  • Click the ‘Request an invoice’ button
  • Enter your billing information and submit your request

Your host will receive your request and will get back to you by email or another preferred communication method. Hosts are provided with a tool to generate an invoice for you. If the host does not reply to your invoice request, please contact us and we will help you to get in touch with them.
