All cancellations must be processed through Wimdu to ensure a smooth and secure process. If you cannot commit to a booking request or need to cancel a booking, please fill in the contact form making sure that you include your booking code and the email address attached to your Wimdu User Account. Our Customer Support Team will handle your cancellation request and inform your host. You do not need to take any further action. Cancellation is not official until you have received a confirmation email from us.
The amount refunded is dependent on when you cancel a booking, and the terms of the cancellation policy chosen by the host. One of three cancellation policies, 'Flexible', ‘Moderate’ and ‘Strict, will apply to the property you have booked. You can see how much you will be refunded by going to the ‘My Trips’ section of your User Account. Select the trip which the refund is applicable for and click ‘Booking details’. Click on ‘Cancellation Policy’ and the system will calculate how much you will be refunded.

*Please note that as of 13th July 2015, the 'Free Cancellation' policy has been withdrawn. The 'Free Cancellation' policy and its terms are still in effect for any bookings that were confirmed or requested before the 13th July 2015 on properties where 'Free Cancellation' was selected by the provider at the time of booking.
