Once you have confirmed a booking request, we suggest that you send the guest any additional information they may need to arrive at the property, and to confirm a time when the check-in will take place. You can agree on a fixed time with the guest or you can suggest that they call you 1-2 hours before arriving at the property. You should also remind them of the check-in details shortly before they arrive.
In in the event that you cannot deliver the keys personally, it is also possible to choose someone you trust to give the guest the keys. However, you must inform the guest in advance who will be carrying out the key handover so they know what to expect. If you have an office where the guest can pick up the keys, you can also tell them to come there to collect them.
