Which cancellation policies can I choose from?

One of 3 cancellation policies, 'Flexible', ‘Moderate’ and ‘Strict‘ can be applied to your property. The specific conditions of each policy are as follows:

Flexible

Guests will be refunded the total price minus the cancellation fee if you cancel the booking at least 2 days before check-in by 12 noon CET (Central European Time). For cancellations that are made less than 2 days before check-in, you will be refunded 5% of the total price minus the cancellation fee.

Free*

Guests will be refunded the total price including the Wimdu Service Fee if they cancel the booking at least 2 days before check-in (by 12 noon, CET). For cancellations that are made less than 2 days before check-in, guests will be refunded 5% of the total price minus the cancellation fee.

Moderate

Guests will be refunded the total price minus the cancellation fee if they cancel the booking at least 4 days before check-in (by 12 noon, CET). For cancellations that are made less than 4 days before check-in, guests will be refunded 5% of the total price minus the cancellation fee.

Strict

Guests will be refunded half of the total price minus the cancellation fee if they cancel the booking at least 7 days before check-in (by 12 noon, CET). For cancellations that are made less than 7 days before check-in, guests will be refunded 5% of the total price minus the cancellation fee.

*Please note that as of 13th July 2015, the 'Free Cancellation' policy has been withdrawn. The 'Free Cancellation' policy and its terms are still in effect for any bookings that were confirmed or requested before the 13th July 2015 on properties where 'Free Cancellation' was selected by the provider at the time of booking. Any properties which previously used the 'Free Cancellation' policy will be defaulted to 'Flexible Cancellation' on the 13th July 2015.
