Is my booking valid / accepted right after I send the request?

As soon as you have submitted your booking request, the host has 24 hours in which they can either accept or reject your request. Once the host has responded, you will receive an email stating either the acceptance or rejection of your request.

Some host accept ‘Instant Booking’ which means that your booking is confirmed as soon as you click on ‘Book Now’. Properties which offer ‘Instant Booking’ will be listed as so on the search results page. ‘Instant Booking’ offers are marked with a small icon and the text 'Instant Booking' on the left corner of the property picture on the search result page. It will also indicate on your checkout page when booking if the property is an ‘Instant Booking’ property.

Once your booking has been confirmed you will receive the host’s contact details and the full address of the property via your ‘booking accepted’ email. You can also go to the ‘My Trips’ section of your User Account to view this information.
