What if my host doesn't reply to my booking request?

If a host does not respond to a booking request within 24 hours, the booking will automatically be cancelled. A member of our Customer Support Team will contact you if the host informs us in advance that they cannot accept your booking request.

When submitting a booking request we freeze the amount of the booking in your account. In case of an expired booking request, the amount will be unfrozen automatically. Please check with your bank or credit card provider regarding the release of the amount back into your account as, since the booking was not confirmed, there will be no charge from Wimdu.
