How do I cancel a booking?

All cancellations must be processed through Wimdu. If you need to cancel a booking, please fill in the Contact Form making sure that you include your booking code and the email address attached to your Wimdu User Account. Cancellation is not official until you have received a confirmation email from us.

The amount refunded is dependent on when you cancel a booking, and the terms of the cancellation policy chosen by the host. The property you have booked will have one of 3 cancellation policies, 'Flexible', ‘Moderate’ and ‘Strict. The amount you will be refunded can be viewed by going to the ‘My Trips’ section of your User Account. Select the trip which the refund is applicable for and click ‘Booking details’. Click on ‘Cancellation Policy’ and the system will calculate the total refund amount.

*Please note that as of 13th July 2015, the 'Free Cancellation' policy has been withdrawn. The 'Free Cancellation' policy and its terms are still in effect for any bookings that were confirmed or requested before the 13th July 2015 on properties where 'Free Cancellation' was selected by the provider at the time of booking.
