My credit card / voucher code was not accepted. What can I do?

If you are having problems making a booking using your credit card, we also accept other payment methods including SEPA and PayPal.

If you tried to use a voucher code or coupon when making a booking and it was refused or invalid, please contact our Customer Support Team before submitting the booking request. They can provide you with a new voucher code to use towards your booking.
