Please enter the details of your request here. So that we can respond to your request as quickly as possible, please include your booking code or the email address you used to register on Wimdu.

Choose whether you are submitting your request as a host or as a guest. If you are guest and your host told you he needs to cancel, choose 'Host'. If you are a host and want to book for yourself, choose 'Guest'.

The booking code is composed of a random selection of alphanumeric characters. You will find your booking code in your Booking Confirmation email; in the Travel Reminder sent to you some days before your check-in date; and in the Booking Details section of your Wimdu User Account.

You can find the Property ID in the 'Property Summary' section of the offer page. If you are a host, you can also find the Property ID in the 'My Listings' section of your Wimdu User Account.

Details of the cancellation policy can be found in your Booking Confirmation email; in the Travel Reminder sent some days before your check-in date; and in the Booking Details section of your Wimdu User Account. If you booked with one of our Trusted Partners and need to cancel your booking, please contact them directly. Their contact details can be found in your Booking Confirmation email.

You can get the latitude and longitude codes for your property by going to http://mygeoposition.com/. Type your address into the search field and click on ‘Calculate Geodata’ or press ‘Enter’ on your keyboard. A box will appear on your screen with the latitude and longitude codes.

Depending on the platform, this link can usually be found under “export” or “share” in your calendar settings.

Please note that a reason for the cancellation helps the guest to accept the cancellation and makes them more likely to book with you again. Please note as well that the reason and the time span until check-in of guest is relevant for the cancellation fee we apply.
